Tomorrow at the Farmer’s Market!

I’ll have regular flavors, Hazelnut-salted caramel and Vanilla. Special flavors for tomorrow is the Crunchy Chocolate Souffle which is a chocolate triple-threat – shell, ganache and cocoa powder sprinkle. Plus my fun flavor called Banana Split which is 1 chocolate shell, 1 vanilla shell and banana buttercream in the middle. 🙂

  1. Hi there, I’m following you from another blog, and I wanted to say, I really like how you captured the bokeh in your photos. Mac, however.. oh gosh, aren’t they temperamental esp when infusing them with various flavors (liquid vs powder)…. do you use egg white powder in yours as well?

Your site is very pretty -and pretty helpful 🙂 I need an answer about the aging of the egg whites, since I am trying to become a macaron expert 😛 Well, I hope it won’t sound silly, but… what do you do EXACTLY to age the egg whites? I don’t get it. Do you just leave the eggs (whole) outside the fridge for 24-48 hrs? OR do you break the eggs, part the egg whites, place the raw egg whites alone in a bowl and then leave them outside the fridge for 24-48 hrs? Please let me know asap. Thank you in advance. Keep up the yummie work and share the secrets 🙂
